Upgrades to the Stereo can get addicting!!!

Well after a bunch of goffin around thanks to Amer4, MNoutlaw, MNcrownline... and a host of others i have now started another addiction!!!

Stereo upgrades.....

I being in the dj busines have never had much interest in loud music when im not working but i thought a nice system in the outlaw was well a must..

so i contacted amer3 who originallly was gonna slap it in on my trip to LOTO on memorial day!! anyhow long story short i f--d it all up and he kindly shipped it to me and my local rainman (phil) and many of my freinds aided in the installation of this monster!!!

this isn't the biggest and baddest but it rock pretty good and has the things i though were nessassary to drownd out the blender noise!!!

Quik parts list.... sony deck, 6-6 1/2s, 2 - kicker subs two amps and two remotes

I have a whole new respect for stereo install guys!!!

you wont have to worrie about me becoming your competition!!

It is just plain crazy how now matter how much you put in it still isn't quite right!!

It is when you want more subs that it becomes a challenge, cause then you are talking storage vs kick a$$ tunes

i love the sony cover but the hacks at baja cut the hole for the existing cover so big that the sony cover wont completely cover the hole they cut i may have a bezel made but for the time being the old vcover has to stay!!!

Rainman is grounding the deck to the amps so the power turn on lead works properly!!

Mat said the rca's are providing the ground right now and we need to get it resolved right away but other than that is sounds really good and im sure will be adding soon (i have an addictive personality)

Yes, it is advised you know what you're getting into when you play with the stereo... first you buy a sub & amp... well, now the other speakers need replacing, then they need an amp, then you need a bigger sub and then speakers... and on and on and on... pretty soon you have 6 batteries in your boat just to play the stereo... you can barley get on plane anymore, but hey, you sound great! [smilie=050.gif] :lol:
