What's the Gameplan???

I know that most of you are traveling some distance to come to the show and are in town for a couple of days. So you will probablly be at the show during the afternoon, right???

But , some of us are here local and have to plan for Babysitters and such.. :roll:
Usually we would drop the kids off at 6 or 7 and head to the show, walk around for a while and have a few drinks, then head to the party around 9 or 10. But since the schuttle bus is starting at 5:30 to 2:30.???

What time is everybody heading to the party????

We did get a room so we have to check in, what time our others planning on checking into the hotel if they are arriving saturday???

Sorry if somewhere in the hundreds of pages covering the party this was already talked about, but I couldn't find it!!! :oops:

Our plan is leave Wichita noonish and be checked in by 3 to get ready for grub at 6

go to boat show Saturday afternoon and plan on going to the party 6:30 or 7 ish

I would HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT waiting until 9 or 10 to come to the party. Much as I highly suggested people get their tickets and hotel rooms early and we're having major issues with that now...... anyway.

Fuel is NOT, I repeat NOT closing the bar for us. If you show up and they're full, well then they're full and you will (even with a ticket) stand in line outside until people leave.

So if I have not made it clear yet:

DO NOT COME LATE TO FUEL AND EXPECT TO GET IN!!!!!!

I would suggest getting there NO LATER THAN 7:00 PM, and sooner if you can. I may be completely wrong, and there will be plenty of room all night, but if you come late and you can't get in, don't say you weren't sufficiently warned.

So, GET TO FUEL EARLY!!!!!!! 6:00-7:00 PM would really be the time to go.

So in summary:

DO NOT SHOW UP LATE TO FUEL AND EXPECT TO GET IN!!!!!!!
6:00 - 7:00 would be the time to get there!!!!

Definetely get there around 6:30-7 if you're planning on eating. Otherwise MAKE SURE YOU'RE THERE BEFORE 11 IF YOU WANT TO GET IN AT ALL!!!!!
