Other than us, I hope there are not too many additions to this thread. I'm sure we're not the only ones, so I'm putting this thread up for anyone else who would like to attend the 2006 MWBP Party but can't.

Mrs. Lot2Lrn will be a co-presenter at a conference that weekend (only weekend we had something scheduled in Jan-Feb [smilie=106.gif] ) and I will be there with her to lend moral support. By the time things wrap up at the conference on Saturday evening, the drive from Chicago to KC would likely put us there in time to witness a monumental hangover. [smilie=265.gif] We'll be thinking of you all and hope to make the 2007 gala!

Lot2Learn, unfortunatly your not the only one, Mrs Bear and I cant go either, and were really counting on going this year. January just doesnt work for us to get away for the weekend. Both our girls birthdays and an anual banquet that I do have to attend are three of the four weekends :roll: So I wish everyone a good time and look forward to the pics and stories [smilie=042.gif]

Kinda sucks that we are going to have to miss out. I have a conference in Vegas that week. The double whammy is that I am also tied up on business the weekend of the pub crawl. I was looking forward to meeting more of you.

Good news!!!!! Nicole just found out that she is scheduled for an 8hr shift instead of a 12hr on 1/28, so she will finish up at 3:00pm on Saturday. We will leave STL by 3:00pm and should be in KC by 6:30 and at the party by 7:30. I've already booked the hotel, so hopefully if I send our money off today we can still come to the party!?!?!? Hence, why I'm happy that not only are the Mrs. and I celebrating 3 years of marriage today, but also her last final....and upcoming graduation from Nursing school! [smilie=071.gif]

Wildcat- You are so lucky. N-Lo finishes nursing school in May, but has another 12 months on her Master's. I tease her that she is a professional student. She currently has a BS in Business, will have a AS in Nursing and a MBA when finished.

Make sure to get a bunch of bags frozen peas. Life savers I tell ya. Dea keep getting sick from the pain medication so she stopped taking them. She said it hurt worse throwing up then to just dealing with the pain. My tough little cookie. She said those bags of frozen peas on the chest felt good.
