Hey you Turkeys! I wanted to post a quick message regarding the party that Jeff and I are trying to organize for everyone. I am sad to report that the feedback we are receiving is rather underwhelming!!! I understand that many of you live far enough away that it would be too difficult to get here, but we were really counting on the support of those close to us and unfortunatley, they've made other plans. However, we have got a response for a guaranteed 25ish so far, and to those people, we thank you!!!

For the rest of you, if you even think you might make it please let us know. I am considering moving the party from the Anchor due to cost. It would only make sense if we had at least 50 people there because they're charging $5/person for food alone. Obviously, we are running out of time here and would like to get some definate plans for those who've committed to coming.

Sorry this is seeming so complicated. My husband works very hard to keep this site running as a source of entertainment for you all, and I really would like to have a nice celebration for all he has done. Half the point is to be able to meet new boaters, therefore I look forward to meeting many of you very soon!!! Thanks!

Can't say a deffinate yet but we are working on it. Kevinm say it's about a 7/8 hour drive for us from StL. Hopefully by weeks end we will know if we can make it out. We are attempting to bring a few others from the StL area if we can. We'll keep you posted [smilie=042.gif]
