FYI,
We will be out on the water this Saturday for the second annual End of the summer, pirate6123's Birthday, Octoberfest, Bring/drink what's left in your cooler/fridge, drink Blarney Island Dry day1, and whatever other reason to party party. Not sure how many people will show but I should have altleast 10 on my boat and atleast 4 other boats. No plans/times are set in stone but we Plan to stop at Petite Sandbar and Swim(it's tradition), stop at Blarney Island they have a Band from 2-7 and maybe Freddy's for food. I will update as the days go on. PM me if your interested for more details and I will provide Phone numbers if needed. If your looking for a ride or can provide a ride let me know. In addition Blarney's has a shuttle.

Swim [smilie=eck02.gif] , get drunk [smilie=1062.gif] ,party [smilie=trink39] until about 1:30. Pull anchor and head to Freddies for food (Should arrive by 2:30). Leave Freddies by 3:30 and head to Blarney's. [smilie=1056.gif] arrive at Blarney around 4:45. [smilie=eck02.gif] party with the band [smilie=alc] [smilie=alc] until they leave around 7:00. Stay at Blarneys as long as we are having fun. [smilie=eck02.gif] Leave Blarney on a slow boat ride with lots of drinking involved until we get to Grass lake bridge. I am sorry to say but this is the last weekend of the 2005 season for Blarney. It has been one hell of a year! As our annual tradition holds, "Drink Us Dry" will start on Saturday and end on Sunday evening when we close the doors on the 2005 season. We don’t want to take anything home with us so help us get rid of all of it. (clothing, food, drinks, and so forth) We will have discounted prices all weekend so plan on this being your last stand of the season at Blarney. For those of you who are interested in the remaining Blarney clothing you may want to get there early on Saturday so you can have your prime choice in apparel. Thanks for the great season of “A Mile Away From Reality” and don’t forget we still have a lot of cool events coming up over the fall & winter months at the Port of Blarney as well. We will email you regularly about upcoming events & parties.



P.S. The Haunted Swamp and Warehouse is starting next week! Come see one of the best Halloween events in all of Lake County. Park at the Port of Blarney and get a hay ride through the Haunted Swamp, cemetery and giant Haunted Warehouse. There will be a huge bonfire, refreshments. etc. See blarenyisland.com for details.



P.P.S. For those who like to plan ahead: The Blarney Island Vacation Club has set the dates for our annual trip to Key West, FL. Put it in your calendars now so you can plan for the event. Well the weather turned out great mid 80's. Once we made it to the petite sandbar and the drinks and shot were flowing it got a little crazy. Baby Nitro was the first to arrive so we tied up to him (Sorry about the Belly flops http://media.putfile.com/MOV0138449 and wet cigarettes from Pirate6123's buddy's.It was entertainment though!)Searay 250, and Formula242-502 were also on hand for the entertainment. We never did make it to freddy's for lunch [smilie=1062.gif] We all thank Searay250 for the finger food. it kept the party going till we could make it to Blarney Island. After several hours of heavy partying at the sandbar we headed to Blarney Island. This is when we switched Captains and I was able to drink (thanks again Kim) and when most of the memory of the Day/night were lost by the other 9 people aboard my boat (and probably the other boats that followed us to the Aquarium and Captain quarters).
