The "Official" Spring Harbor Hop Thread

Just to clear up any confusion :mrgreen:

The plan:

Friday - Big Dicks Run - meet @ 17mm @ 11:00 am
Friday Nite - Dorsey's Pit Stop
Saturday - Suggested meet @ F & L's @ 10:30-11:00 am to start the Hop
Saturday Nite - end Hop @ F & L's

The option:

Within the Harbor Hop, there will be and unofficial poker run not affiliated with MWBP. $5.00 per person best hand takes 50% of the pot and the other 50% gets donated to one of our favorite boating websites on the web. Any ties will be split between the winning 50%. To enter, you must be at Frankie and Louies between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. At that time you will get your first card and you will write your name on it. The rest of your hand will be made up with your hand from the harbor hop. You must have 5 cards including the one you get Saturday morning to play (this means you only have to make 4 stops if you want to) I will post a photo of myself later in the week so those of you that don't know me, can find me Saturday morning to get your first card.

The gear:

Don't forget, Dr. Jeff will be hangin with Zombie and will have plenty of MWBP gear for purchase.

The requirement:

Have a blast, burn lots of gas, have a few cocktails, enjoy the company of friends old and new, and please be safe :mrgreen:

See you all on Saturday and don't let the weather forcast scare you off. Last one I tried brought hail and a tornado :roll: But something must be working because I just checked and it said 66 with only 30% chance of showers. That's probably way off too since the majority of the rain is supposed to move through Friday. They just put that in to cover their a** for Saturday morning. Mark my words, by lunchtime Saturday, everyone that stays home will be kicking themselves for not going.

Where did you see that forecast? mikesweather.com (Jeff City TV Weatherman) says 65 & rain. weather.com says 67 & 30% chance of rain.

Rain or shine I plan on having a good time and with any luck we'll squeeze in a couple of boat rides. If you planned your weekend based on weatherman's forecast you would miss some mighty fine boating weekends. Besides what else would I do if the weather was crappy, sit at home or work around the house. I'd rather be partying with friends at the lake.
