Anyone going to the KC boat show the weekend of Feb 21st? Don't know anything about this show and didn't know if it was worth the trip from StL. Thinking about going with kevinm and checkin' it out. [smilie=050.gif]

It is pretty small. Mostly runabouts, waverunners and some cruisers. Only a handful of perf boats. I would not make the trip from STL unless you want a reason to get away from the wife :mrgreen: :lol:

I think the weekend after that there is another LOTO boat dealers show in Overland Park............not sure though.

Don't know a lot about it, although I know Black Thunder was bringing two boats this weekend. (46 SC and a 43GT)

Talked to them in Miami last week, and they were headed to KC directly following the show there.

do you know if they were going to the KC show this week (2/19 - 2/22) or the LOTO show in Overland Park next week (2/26-2/29) ?

actually just read in the paper that BT did have some boats here this week, so I may try to go up and check em out

Only offshore style boats were two Black Thunders that were absolutley awesome and I got some pics of Baja Chics new naval ring while in the 47 I'll post tommorrow. Sunsation had a sweet 288 combo and a 32 Dominator. There were several hundred boats there, several runabouts, Cruisers, bass boats, fishing boats, Deck boats and roll bar boats. We had a great time just being around all the beautifull shiney boats.

Couldn't agree more. Green Bay boat show, although small, got the blood pumping.

Show had one 27' Baja and a 38' Sonic. Mostly pontoons and fishing boats sandwiched together so tight we felt like we were in a maze.

46 EC Black Thunder - sorry forgot to take a better pic of the cockpit. This one had the 5 bolster set up + the back bench seat. I believe the show price was around $375K

46 BT stabbin cabin with the 6'10" of headroom. Mrs BD especially liked this when she saw one of these at the Horny Toad last year. :mrgreen:

Obviously, I meant the KC show 2/19-22. I don't think they will be at OP this week.

Pictures of the 46 SC look good. I have some side shots of it somewhere from our trip to Key West last fall.
