In a single outing I gat a build up sort of like hard water spots on my mufflers/exhaust tips.
What are you all using to konk that off.
White vinegar. Wipes right off.

Yep spray on and it comes right off.

Vinegar will work, as will Spray Wax. A tip to keep them from getting on there to begin with is to wax them. FYI: Waxing Frenzy! protects metal up to 1210 degrees. It's widely used on exhausts in offshore racing and Poker Runners.

I'm pretty sure that Zombie uses CLR to keep his clean

my water spots are cooked on so it is completely dull! i havent taken the wax with me on the last 3 outings, will vinegar or CLR wipe the dullness off? or just water spots??
last time i had this, i scrubbed it with mothers mag and aluminum wheel polish and it cleaned them up, but it sure didnt take long to haze over again? [smilie=106.gif]
