Don't buy one they don't work. Cordless drills don't turn enough RPM to run a blender. I have a few friends that learned the hard way.

DB doesn't screw around. Its gas prowered or nothing!

That would not provide enough BLENDER POISON for us either. He would spend all day trying to keep everyone's drinks full and never get to enjoy them himself. Not sure if boats, drinking AND power tools should go together....... [smilie=050.gif] [smilie=061.gif]

Yeah, the website does say you need a drill that will turn at least 1800RM to make a decent drink. That's a pretty pricey cordless drill.

I have to admit though, it's a damn good idea.

i average two to five blenders every year minus the ones malcom & his bro throws inthe river just for fun...but this year i have upgraded to this bad boy after being shown the light at the shootout last summer at LOTO
we have done no mods to it yet but Hell yea! say he's got some ideas!!!

Is that a standard sized blender pitcher mounted on that thing? Seems like with all the power that thing must have, you could put a much bigger pitcher on it. Would save you from having to mix up so many batches in a row.

OR.... get one of those smoothy maker pitchers with the spout on it and 2 (preferrably clean) buckets.

- Put one bucket under the spout
- mix up a bucket full of your blender poison (including unblended ice) in the other bucket
- fire up blender and open spigot on pitcher
- start pouring unblended mix into blender, as it blends it will pour right into the "serving" bucket.

Your blender poison serving size is then only limited by the size of your buckets! :mrgreen:

I usually carry 2 to 3, 2 quart pitchers in the boat for the early blending and back off after everyone has a few and then eventually just crank it up when someone is being a smartass and say they arn't loaded enough!!!
