Here is a pic of BSB in bronze for those of you that haven't seen it. He posed for the sculpture on the right in the last picture - I'm not kidding

yes, they call it Lewis and Clark landing - it's where they host Playing with Fire and other concerts. It's a very nice addition to the Omaha river and it's only $5 an hour to park there. You are out of the current and you can (drink) out of your cooler if your cool about it. You can pick up lunch at Ricks or just hang out. Lots of people biatch about the $5 bucks, but that just about one beer an hour at most places.

I was there for the boat show and got a nice tour of this and the nearby marina where the party crowd hangs. They say Ricks is good food too.

eddie......
Next time you're down there, can you remove that "obstruction" in the Marina so we can get out? [smilie=265.gif] Or would that be a BSB job?

This is the only place I will be going this summer, on the river. Eddie have you got busted wearing a G String down there yet, just wondering if there are rules??

Are you going to keep the boat at LOTO for part of the summer? I did last year, but not sure if I'm going to do it again... maybe for July.

Triple C

I would like too, the only problem is it would be sitting in the water all that time. Do you have the availablity of a lift somewhere in LOTO or do you know of some dry storage???

I rented a garage in Laurie... he charged $100 per month for a 50ft garage... it was just big enought to keep the boat and jet skis.

If I decide to put some hours on her this year, that is a good idea.

Between Charlie, BSB, and ASH, they all know me as the professional boat whore, and they don't mind. I am killer with the wax bonnet and quick with the bumpers and ropes. All captians like a good boat whore.

Maybe is isn't my boat whoring skills, maybe it is this.

Chuck- you may be on to something.... i don't think it is your "mad skills" that get you a seat on the boat.... [smilie=265.gif] [smilie=265.gif] [smilie=eck02.gif] [smilie=eck02.gif]
