Need some help here. I know there are some Traeger cookers here. I have been using a LilTex along with the rest of my smoker/grill arsenal. I'm not used to the no-bark method of smoking/grilling. I think this grill cooks more like a Holland, which to me is more like sweating it til done. Has anyone got a good steak reciept for a Traeger, or do you find yourself throwing the steaks on the charcoal/gas grill for a good sear? Thanks
