Whats on the smoker this weeked??

I have 10lbs of chicken, 10lbs of ribs and 10lbs of pork loin already to go for this weekend. Good times are about to start. Some pics of the last pork loin I did three weeks ago, using a small dome smoker.

I also dressed up a watermelon and mixed in some cantaloupe took about 20 min. to make.

Looks great! Last weekend helped a buddy at the GAB in Kansas City, it was awesome. Great food and Great parties at that thing. This weekend I'm not doing any, but next weekend I'm cooking the Smoke on the River contest in Hannibal. Did well last year winning chicken, hopefully this year can move up a notch in everything else.
