So I rolled an Italian fatty for the first time. Bacon, Italian sausage, rub, sauce, cheeses and Sazitza sausage. Cooked for about 2 hours at 225. I need to seal the ends a tad better next time to hold the cheese in better but it was still mighty tasty.

Looks good! I've done a few recently filled with various peppers and they have been big hits. I cooked my weaves in the oven a little first because I wasn't sure I'd be able to make it crispy in the pit, yours looks perfect though.

I agree with SeaEsta, it was very tasty, as for Mosi's, I hope never to find out if that was tasty....

you did use low fat cheese, right? :mrgreen:
