So this was a fine weekend to cook on the pit. Sat I did some pork tenderloins and today I decided to do pizza.

First pics are of the the pork tenderloin before and after being cleaned.

Here are the pork tenderloins wrapped in bacon and after they came off the pit. Cooked at 225 degrees for roughly 2 hours.

And this is a pic of today's cook. Pizza! Cooked them at 310 degrees for roughly 35 minutes. They had just enough smoke flavor to them. They were pretty tasty!

Just home cleaning up and throwing stuff away all weekend - thought about dropping by on Sunday, but never made it over that way
