Cooked 6 racks of baby backs for a neighbors Birthday Party. Cooked on the egg for 4 hours at 275. The last 10 minutes a basted them with sauce.

Beef ribs a few months ago. I also bought 55 bags of charcoal to at least get me through part of this coming year. I grill/smoke 3-4 times a week.

Looks great Trevis! Making me hungry!
zdatzkc, is that a backwoods or a stumps? I'm not real familiar with that type of unit. But looks interesting.

Man that looks good. I'm smoking something this weekend! :smoke1:
I may need a new smoker, Blew up last years. It did make a nice mushroom cloud![smilie=042.gif]

Backwoods. Got it at lowes. Pretty nice but I'd rather have an egg.
