Did a search in this part and didn't see it so I figured I would contribute to the cause.

1 big bag of skittles (or 3 to 4 small bags)
1 5th of vodka
7-UP or Sprite (we use 7-UP)
Mix first two in a blender & blend the crap (a few min.) out of it. Use a fine strainer and pour into container of choice & let it set in fridge over night.
Mix it with the 7-UP the next day and your good to go. Don't be afraid of the stuff floating around.
