I've got a 2002 Crownline 212DB deckboat with a 5.0 Mercruiser and Alpha 1 Gen2 outdrive. Currently have a 4 blade, 18p prop which it give me excellent turning capabilities without cavitating comparing to the 3 blade I had on, it's awesome hole shot and my max speed is 43mph at 4600rpms.
I used a 19p 3 blade before that gave me about 47mph at WOT but the hole shot sucked, my boat weights about 4600#'s or so.
I'm wanting a prop that will give me more top end speed, will a High Five prop do it?
