Ok, I have a '94 Baja 272 (502mag) with corsa captains call. The starbourd side has a small issue. The diverter flap inside is gone. The 2 screws came out and the flap is in LOTO. Anyone know if you can get just the flap. I was thinking about just making one or having a metal shop make one for me.

Thanks
Scott

You can get one ordered from a a shop I'm sure! I had Lewis Engine install a Corsa captain's call for me a few years back...I had this done at their marine in St. Charles, MO. They now have a marina at LOTO. I'm sure they could order the part for you...I bet most marina's could order it for you. Be careful with that anti-surge valve out not to take water in the exhaust! I think it is called a Carek/Karek anti-surge valve...not sure of the spelling. Good Luck!

The Karek valve is stll working fine, just the plate is gone from the diverter. I made one out of steel for now. I should have just pulled into Big Thunder while I was there. Sunlight was scarce the week so I was trying to maximise boat time. Then the rain days, 54 was backed up from the mall to HH, so getting out by car was pretty much out too.

Anytime I ever called Corsa, I got the owner on the phone and he sent me what I needed. They're great!! [smilie=061.gif]
