Any way to get these out? They're not terribly deep. It appears that a rough brush or scuff pad may have been used on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Griff, would you use a polisher or simply handrub it?

Probably just hand rub it. It depends on how deep the scratches are and how big of an area you are talking. You could try a dremel polishing kit as well if its too hard to get out by hand. The Mothers works great on bare metal stuff and will put a huge shine on chrome. I'm not sure how it will do on actually removing the scratches. I used it on satin finish CMI headers and they looked close to a full polish from a few feet away.

What are the scratches on exhaust tips?

No, they're on the brackets for my external steering. They mount on the drives.

Those brackets are not Chrome. They are highly polished Stainless Steel. They will come out with the Mothers, but it will take a lot of rubbing. You could easily use a high speed polisher on them.
