4 blade B3 prop?

I heard about the 4 blade B3 props from a few places now. What's the story with them? What about balance? Running a 4 with 3 turning against each other, what about excess vibration?

The 4 blade 3 blade prop set up was originally designed to prevent cavitation burn in high power situations. It has been proven to offer good ability to get on plane and to offer good mid range. Top end performance is the same or less than the 3-3 combo.
