Where does a guy get good replacement fans for a boat lift (mine has two).

A buddy bought a couple from Granger for about $50 each.

I am looking for another complete box with valves if anyone has one.

this place seems expensive, but it is a source that I found when I needed parts. I ended up getting the parts from my local dock out of their bone pile
