If anyone else is looking to either refi or purchase a home, now is the time to do it. Rates are staying in the 4.875% range to 5.25% range right now. I am pretty sure its not going to get much better than this.

In fact, I read in the last couple days that they are predictiing that over 85% of the Fannie Mae loans will be refinancing this year due to the rates being as low as they are. Its getting busier but it seems like guidelines are still getting tighter.

I wouldnt wait if I was anyone "thinking" about refinancing.. I would do it and do it quickly..
