I am glad you posted this. Ron and I went last year and had a blast even though the weather was bad.
We just might make it again this year!

Money isn't an object to a Sunsation owner $$$$ [smilie=077.gif] or he was trying to get someone else to pay for his other room!

Here is the web site
http://www.discoverboating.com/stlouis/home.asp
But I noticed that they have changed the site and no longer are discounting the tickets. They're $8 but if you go T,W or TH you can knock off $2.
Sorry for the delay in getting this to you.[/url]

For those going over the weekend, you might want to head down to the Soulard area for cold ones and to listen to some great tunes by local musicians.

we are putting a big gang from Kansas City togather and I think most are leaving on Friday morning, and we have rooms at the Holiday Inn across from the show.
We will post back here where we will be meeting and leaving from.
Sieze n tickets is kinda Ring leader of that bash.

This is a great show to attend for us Midwesterners. We go down each year with a group of us who boat at LOTO. This year I believe there are going to be 7 couple heading down together. We always go out for dinner & drinks Friday evening. Get up early Saturday and head for one of the river boats for a big breakfast, then it's off to the boat show. We usually take off from there around 4:00PM and head over to Alton, Ill. "Fast Eddies" for a wild evening. If you have never been to this place you're missing out. Cheap food...live music...ice cold drinks...great people...dancing. This truly is a great weekend and we look forward t it each year. [smilie=042.gif]
Hey that sounds like a good time, I may just have to make it.

Since my fishing trip fizzled, we are heading over in about half and hour and we are also going this weekend. Be great to meet up with your group this weekend and maybe head up to Fast Eddie's. Can't beat the shrimp and 99 cent burgers.

The only downside to Fast Eddies is that if you do not get there by 4, especially with a group, it will be impossible to get a seat.

Tradition will take us to Fast Eddies on Saturday, as we make this trip each year. We will get a table eventually. We even have to stop by P.T.'s every other year to make sure everything is okay there  We plan on eating in the Hill area Friday evening, I believe at Ragauzzi's (sic)...fish bowl beer [smilie=1056.gif]

Well the friggin snow finally hit the KC area, 10" here at the house. Now I know why I always wished I would have bought a four wheel drive. Poor old truck is sitting 200' down the drive in a drift. SomehowI have to get it ooved by 10:00 AM tomorrow, since we are heading out to the St. Louis Boat Show. Hope to see some of you there.
