Ok i have tried buffing with a 10" buffer from walmart, with rubbing compound and mothers wax...Still there....tried GOOP stays shiney for about 5 minutes then fades away....Any suggestions on this?????

The vinyl....I have a few stains on the vinyl..seems at the old dock leaked where we kept it and the rust leaked on the hatch cover...and there are mildew stains on some places under the seats.......

also black stuff on the back under the swim plattform.....

Remember this is a 1990....17 years old.....we bought the boat and have done alot of work to it already.....now we are getting it spotless since its home with us in st. louis to where i can spend as much time wtih it as i want.......

Please let me know the best way to get this clean.........

Thanks!

Here are a few pics the way it sits..........

You need a good buffer and some good compund to get rid of the oxidation.
