Duh! Sorry, forgot to look at that.
I ran into a boat this week that had really bad diesel stains. It is a gas boat, but sat next to diesel boats with their generators running at a bar for a few hours. Usually they come off easily or with a little bit of work, but this boat was tough.

The only thing I can get to clean the back of my boat is CLR. You can get it from hardware stores. Spray on, wipe off.

Just a couple weeks ago I pulled my my 310 searay out and blocked at the local marina. Washed and waxed with frenzy top to bottom. Looked liked new. Put it back in and drove over about 1/2 mile to putback on lift, looked at the transom and was badly stained with diesel. I assumed due to all the diesel boats in the marina.
Would not come off with boat soap and a brush. Could not believe it! I will try something else before shrink wrapping and post it.

Gel Gloss is good stuff. We use it around the house for fiberglass tubs, showers, and marble counters. Never tried it on the boat.
My experience with muratic acid is that it doesn't work very well on stains that are a little oily.

Home Depot or Menards in the cleaning products section. It a combination cleaner with a light wax built in.

The transome on the Scarab in the background of that pic was just cleaned with Gel-gloss. It was covered with black exaust stains. The heavy spots might need two coats. Spray and wipe while it is wet. You will love it. And it cleans the stainless too. Take a close look at the pics. Like mentioned, menards, and I think I have bought it at some Walmarts. Look in the cleaning or bath sections for countertops and fiberglass.

I have the spray and the can of liquid. I like the spray best cause you can get more in your face when you work upside down [smilie=crazy]
I never claimed to be smart
