It currently has a Mirage 3 19 pitch on it and it seems to do the trick just fine. WOT is about 4800 rpms, which is what the manufacturer says it should be doing. I would not mind getting a back up prop, and was wondering what there would be to gain out of a 4 blade prop. Would a 4 blade take any work off of the motor at cruise?

Most of our "cruising" is at about 3800-4000 rpms, and it pushes us along at about 35 mph (no, Jeff, I am not fishing). I am not really concerned about high end, as I really don't have one (50 mph), nor am I overly concerned about the holeshot as we never ski behind it.

The boat is a 99 Envision Intruder (open bow), with a single 502, and a Bravo 1 outdrive. As you can tell, I really don't know much about it, notr do I want to do any testing with a bunch of different props.

Any thoughts?

just drop a trolling motor off the front for cruising.[smilie=042.gif]

I saw a big mid-range improvement going to a Bravo I prop on my 29' Envision, but I had the 496HO pushing it - and it weighs a lot less that the 32'.

See if you can get a Revolution 4 loaner to try. The diameter is smaller than the Bravo I and probably smaller than your current Mirage, so it may work out. :)

My looking around is pointing me towards a Revolution4 19. I am looking at maintaining the 50mph on the dream o meter with a 30mph tail wind but increasing the cruise to 35 at 3200-3500. All of this depends on if the sail is up to catch the wind gusts.
