I hate to be the bad guy again, but lately there is a slew of people REALLY skirting the forum rules, so let me get rid of any confusion:
1. Midwestboatparty is free because of our paying sponsors. If you're not a paying sponsor, then you don't get to advertise ANY product you may be selling in any fashion, and that includes in your signature.
2. We have a classified section for a reason. Its to keep the forum as clean as possible, and keep all of the information in one handy place. While I don't particularly care for every other persons signature having an ad for their boat in it and a link to the classified address, I'm not going to go so far as to tell you that you can't do that. I'll just ask that you keep it to a minimum, meaning don't color the, don't make the font huge, and don't add pictures of what you're selling.
SO IF YOU HAVE AN AD OF ANY KIND IN YOUR SIGNATURE AND YOU HAVE NOT PAID TO BE A SPONSOR, GET THEM OUT OF YOU SIGNATURES NOW!!!
This is in no way meant to be mean or controlling, this is about respect for the advertisers that pay their hard earned money to support this site and keep it free for everyone. Please thank them by not trying to advertise your company or products for free.
