How hard is it to do this?
tired of the hose clamps coming loose, or the rubber, or just the looks of it.
thinking about going with stainless marines manifolds and stainless elbows.
want to complete the 'look' with piping.
is it possible?
is it possible to keep the y pipe?
or do I need to go straight out?

I prefer Lightning headers myself. You can also order them to work with the Y pipe.
I have had mine for 4 years now and had zero problems

You'll have to check out Wildchild212's boat friday. He just installed Revolution Marine manifolds. He put on black onces but you can get them in polished also. They completely changed the sound of the boat. I'm sure he can fill you in on the details.

I guess I have had them for 6 years now. Revolution Marine are nice with a great price. Best bang for the buck.
