Hi Guys and Gals thanks for the warm welcome I am glad to be here! Great to have a site for us midwest coast boaters. Chad I would but they would all look like a purple cover and very cold.

Thanks to Tanned Fat for letting me know about the site and yes if you are looking for a home loan or boat loan I will do everything I can to help you get what you want. When Ya'll get to LOTO make sure you look me up, I am always looking for a reason to burn some fuel.

Boats are around 6.5% for 180 (depending on loan size) and homes around 6% for 30 right now.

Von Bongo Welcome. [smilie=042.gif]

You’re a Cig owner now? Last I heard you sold your Pantara. I wondered what you bought. What did you buy?

Grumpy-

mike bought fermin's '93 Cig. if i remember correctly, it was called Ron-Da-Vouz. it is cleaner than most '03's sitting on dealer's lots. i'm sure you'll see him busting around in the "maytag" waters of LOTO this summer.

BigDaddy- can't sleep......too tired.

No, we never met, not yet anyway but I met the Mrs.

I worked with Brent Hansen at Peoples Bank for 10 years before moving to the lake and he refered you to me at Central for the Condo. Your wife worked with me and my assistant Tatum.

Glad we could help you out. Hope to meet you though when you get to come down!

Well, I hope it looks sweet when it is completed. Vincent says 4 to 6 weeks. And yes, Bob and I are hauling it down on Saturday. Still looking for someone that needs a new set of bolsters. Found another set that will match the graphics better.

Oh sure I know who you are now. My brother acually bought Brent and Dianes last house. Funny how the small town works, and Dianes mother and father live 3/4 of mile down the road from me. One more thing, jsqueal on this board works with Diane every day.

Gina told me Tatum was a looker.

Which location do you work out of??? Isnt there more than one down there???

I may poke my head in the door some day. This Donna Smith gal calls me all the time and tells me to come meet her as well. She says she could be my mother but also thinks I sound "cute" on the phone. She is in for a rude awakening!!!!!!!!

Ash,

We have 7 locations. My office is at the Main bank on 54 right across from Stonecrest Mall, and right next door to Glencoves 54 location. They are puttin the new Target in right behind us, I watch it every day. Used a helocoptor yesterday to put the AC units on the roof.

Also getting a HyVee back there. Stop in any time your down and say hello.

Mike

PS Tatum is a looker but alas she struck out on her own on Wednesday, sorry you didn't get to meet her.

If you need some more info on the pace boat, let me know. My boat is stored next to it. I know the guy that has it and he is proud of it. He put a wad of $$$$ in it to get it back into shape. He has it running great.

I just talked to him a couple of weeks ago. His wife would like something with more of a cuddy and not so much noise. (40 Outlaw) He has been fined once already at the Ozarks for noise. His comment was "If it sells, it sells". "If it doesn't, I get to keep it". He is the owner of Hawkeye Boats in Low Moor, IA.
We were invited to his poker run this year and I would hate to pay his fuel bill.

So that's AJ Becker's boat then? Does he have a place at the Ledges? We saw a lot of Hawkeye Boat Sales on the docks.

No it's Mike Ohrt's. Aj is the owner of Hawkeye Boats in Dubuque. Mike's shop is in Low Moor, IA.

I didn't think I knew what I was talking about, met AJ back in 1998 when one of my buddies picked up a new Baja from him and had them add a ATI system.

eddie
01-09-2004, 11:38 PM
I put an intercom system in it for him after he bought it from Baja.
The majority of the cuddy is a balast tank. The cockpit has two bolsters and a rear stand-up three bolster. Not much for everyday relaxing.

So the tank help balance the boat - kind of race only set up? [smilie=126.gif]

Wilks

The balast tank is used for big water to keep the nose down. It's 100% set up for race. It's quite the rush to ride in and sounds awesome.

Notched Baja,

Thanks for the update on the boat. I ran the Sears store in Dubuque for three years. Hawkeye is a large Baja dealer.
Just took the boat down to Vincent today. Can't wait to get it back!!!
